Human Resources Manager/ HR Business Partner
Location:Germany
Responsibilities:
• Recruitment and On-boarding
Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
Oversee the on-boarding process to ensure new employees have a smooth transition into the company and are equipped with the necessary tools and resources to succeed.
• Compensation and Benefits:
Implement compensation structures, including base salaries, bonuses, and incentives, to attract and retain top talent
Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off
Ensure compliance with legal regulations and continuously evaluate benefits offerings to meet employee needs and organizational goals.
• Performance Management
Develop and implement performance management frameworks that drive high performance and accountability.
Provide coaching and guidance to managers on effective performance management practices, including goal-setting, regular feedback, and performance evaluations.
Identify and address performance issues proactively, working with managers to develop improvement plans and support employee development.
• Employee Relations
Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by promoting company culture, values, and employee engagement initiatives.
Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on HR-related matters, providing guidance on policies, procedures, and best practices.
Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, investigations, and disciplinary actions, in a fair and consistent manner.
• Training and Development
Identify training needs and develop comprehensive training programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
Implement leadership development initiatives to build a pipeline of future leaders within the organization.
Track and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Strategic Planning and Reporting
Partner with senior leadership to develop and execute the HR strategy, aligning it with the overall business goals.
Provide regular reporting and analysis on HR metrics, including turnover rates, recruitment metrics, and employee satisfaction.
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in HR and recommend innovative solutions to enhance our people programs.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a Human Resources role, with a strong preference for experience in a business partner capacity.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR practices in Germany.
• Proven experience in talent acquisition, performance management, and employee relations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
