Sales Director

 

Location: Suzhou


Responsibilities:

• Lead the sales department and working closly with Headquarters sales team• Join project management with his sales staff

• Responsible for all marketing related activities such as participating exhibitions,advertising, media working, taking part in the relevant seminar and conferences, representing the Company in relevant organizations and associations etc.

• Manage customer satisfaction & relationships

• Perform appropriate prospecting activities, including maintaining strategic relationshipwith customers, to identify qualified prospects for new business development

• Organize all sales activities in China including customer contacts, technical specification, technical presentation, technical negotiation, cost and price calculation of EA portion, quotation, final technical and commercial/contract negotiation

• Implement an effective sales plan, tracking sales progress and support forecast efforts to meet or exceed established sales targets

• Maintain detailed documentation of customers, projects and sales activities

• Provide good leadership and support to team to align objectives, and motivate team for successful execution of strategies and plans so that the KPI can be met

• In charge of the performance evaluation of staff, training and team building-up and the yearly sales compensation evaluation

• Other sales and project management related work when assigned by the Superior


Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree or above, preferable with majors in mechanical, electrical, thermal process or engineering related, oversea education in Germany or Austria

• Rich working experiences, of which at least 5 years’ working in a similar position

• Profound technical knowledge of the products in the sales program

• Deep understanding of mechanical and electrical manufacturing of the products in the sales program

• Marketing, sales and project management methodologies and tools

• Capability in quick learning, conception and presentation of technical solutions

• High level of business awareness and acumen

• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills

• Excellent organizational and team management skills, able to work with  and international teams 

• Knowledge of intercultural differences
