Sales Manager, Industrial Sector
Location:Shanghai
Responsibilities:
• Expand the domestic market industries, and complete the sales tasks assigned by the company according to the company's sales strategy
• Provide engineering driven solutions based on customer needs
• Training and support for customer needs
• Develop new customers and projects, and promote the company's products and brand on the client side
• Consolidate the supporting relationships with existing customers, establish good business relationships with relevant departments of customers, and maintain the company's goal
• Coordinate with various departments of the company to solve a series of problems such as logistics and quality complaints during the supply process
• Track existing customer orders and collect payment in a timely manner;
• According to the project development plan, track a series of work during the new project development process;
• Timely understand, analyze, and report market trends, price changes, customer needs, and other relevant information;
• Complete other temporary tasks assigned by the company and department.

• Strong interpersonal and English communication skills
• Analytical-thinking, intelligent in grasping customer psychology

• Competitive and highly motivated
• Years of Sales Management experience of industrial products
• Familiar with domestic OE customers, dealers and end-users, especially with network/experience in logistics segment
• Passionate for exploring new business opportunities
• Business acumen, proficient in project management & key account management
