Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the strategy of the electrification application area and compliance with the relevant goals

• Technical and commercial contact for relevant applications and system components

• Interface between customers and the various affected departments

• Competent advice to customers on technical issues during the product development and creation process in close cooperation with the engineering experts, material development and prototype production

• Customer support through intensive care with regular presence with international customers and building a relationship of trust with the customer characterized by high reliability and professional competence

• Identification of potential product areas and applications (e.g. trends in the electrification of the drive train and the necessary components).

• Commercial customer support includes the prototype phase and the creation of series offers, for existing customers in coordination with the lead key account managers and sales engineers

• Continuous analysis of the market in order to achieve the strategic goals and the operational goals and market observation with regard to new trends in NEV

• Support of marketing activities with regard to electrification / new technologies

• Monthly reporting of the defined KPIs

Team coordination

Qualifications:

• Very good technical understanding and knowledge of the automotive world

• Several years of experience in engineering and / or sales in the automotive industry and relevant supplier industry, ideally in the area of electrification/NEV

• Extensive experience in project implementation with technical advice to customers

• Experience in the manufacturing process of rubber or plastic molded articles and rubber composite parts is an advantage

• Confident use of the latest IT tools

• Intercultural Competence with strong communication skills

• Ability of working with an affinity for the automotive industry

• Interest in regular training and further education measures

• Willingness to travel within Europe

• High degree of personal responsibility
