National Sales Director/Head of Sales China
Location:Shanghai
Responsibilities:
• Take overall responsibility of the national sales management, including project sales, channel sales, DIY sales, etc. and business development for the company in China
• Drive strong sales and market share growth
• Expand Distribution-, Dealer- and POS network at fast speed
• Maximize Exploitation in Retail- and Project Channels
• Explore new sales channels
• Develop and implement sales strategies
• Develop and drive Leadership Model in Sales
• Maintain strong relationship to all Top and Key-Clients in B2B; improve Brand image of the company within China
• Identify potential markets and opportunities; collect and analyze the Chinese market information and competitors for new business acquisition
• Lead and develop a professional project management and dealer management
• Keep close liaison with hotels, real estate developers, architects, interior designers, etc.
• Report to General Manager
Qualifications:
• Excellent Degree, International University (preferred)
• Working in the second or first tier Regional or National Management in international or Chinese company that manufactures and sells premium branded goods consumers (B2C) and professional clients (B2B)
• Expert in Sales Strategy and Management and Talent Development
• Background in related fields of building supplies or home improvement could be an advantage but is not a must
• Excellent corporate governance and compliance knowledge
• Excellent leadership skills, business acumen and political wisdom
• Strong business development competence
• Good network with hotels, real estate developers and design institutes, etc.
• Strong ability of leading and driving sales teams to fulfill sales targets
